OLD PHOTOS

I have been busy going through all my old photos and digitizing them. Some are in poor condition.These from1967 have been round the world in Alice Alakwe.
On the left is the 18 ft mullety 'SUN' built by George Honour.
The other is "LADY RUIA" 13ft8in by 6ft 8in a 2skin round bilge mini mullety.It had a steel plate keel that you bolted in when you wanted to sail, tying the boat on its side while the keel is bolted between two angle irons.Drew 4ft6in  The SUN had steel bilge-keels.
Both have 2 bunks down below and both are gaff cutters.I have some shots somewhere of a cruise in company up the NE coast of NZ.
