Have now glued the kauri overlay to the plywood floor in the wheelhouse and deck saloon. Oiled with linseed and will even out over time. Used tempered hardboard as the 'seam' and used polyurethane glue. Remember this is the salvaged top layer of the original decvking that I cleaned up months ago.
I have enough left to floor the evening saloon as well. By the way Seem to be calling it the sleeping cabin...
