Dinghy launched in the Whangarei river.
Impressions are that she moves easily, not sensitive to fore and aft trim, and looks great to my eyes!
I have about 360 hours in her, so not a quick build. I once built a SURF in 26hrs painted. They are about the same lenght but this one is 60% larger volume.
Costs are hard to pin down as I had the cedar, glue powder and filler powder. There is 30lt of epoxy tho. and a couple of hundred bucks of cloth. Weight maybe 80kgs?
Now back in workshop for rowlocks and lifting eyes and painting and oiling....
